Our approach

An express analysis of processes in five days was allowed:

  • For an optimal way forward to be identified: the way to improve the current approach to construction was identified, involving increasing construction volumes and the sensitivity of the value stream in order to achieve performance targets, eliminate losses, and increase the speed of problem solving
